Lunch Reminder Friday 25th August

Hi All

The last lunch was very interesting. One topic was our various ‘operations zipper’ club–replacement hips, knees etc. When asked, the only operation I had was for haemorrhoids. Now that is a conversation killer. Though I do have a long list of inflammation conditions that are under control.

We have formed a committee for next year’s reunion. Comprising in no particular order Sue van den Heuvel Graeme Matthew, Janet Perry, Michael Rosenberg, Vergil Iliescu, Martin Beaver and me, Paul Worthy. Anyone interested in joining this esteemed group is very welcome.

One of the things the committee will be looking at is barriers to attendance such as transportation , accommodation, disability access etc.

Regarding my questionnaire we’ll be discussing this further with the committee.
