How effective is having the 3rd jab against COVID?
In my case it was “Awesome”!
My grandson caught COVID from school. That week I drove him to school on the Monday , Tuesday and Wednesday. On Wednesday evening he was sitting next to me watching a movie and sharing lollies. The next morning he was feeling unwell having most of the covid symptoms, so we tested him.
The two lines appeared almost immediately.
I didn’t catch it and neither did his parents, however we are fairly certain the dog who wouldn’t leave him alone caught it.
His parents were tripled jabbed as well. I had 2 AZ and a Pfizer.
In my favour, I was at the stage from the third jab were my immunity was at its highest. I had a low level cold and I was not young and fit. (I do have underlying conditions which are well controlled.)
A mate observed that being old and decrepit and sick prevented me from catching covid!
Finally, a word from my granddaughter. ” Granddad when you f@rt it’s a blast from the past.” Grandkids – wouldn’t be without them.
